I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant working for the County of Riverside's Loving Support Breastfeeding program. I am passionate about helping moms and babies be successful with breastfeeding. Breastfeeding may not be right for all moms but it is right for all babies!!

Good News!!!!!!!! No Cancer. But the doc wants to increase my meds to 1600 mg times 3 and I dont know if I want to. I have to be on meds 4 ever and take good care of my self and try to be stress free (yeah right like that can happen LOL). Anyways, Im glad of the results.

it's always great coming to your class. you are so great .Thanks for all the support, time and words, especially at the very beginnig of motherhood your classes helped me stay on track and gave me a hell of a boost when i was stressed. Your work is amazing!

good news!!! chase finaly ate some baby food - peaches and prunes! i think it had to do with his fancy new highchair! i really hope he is gaining weight this week - i am so stressed!

Hi! Thanks for your help and good company at the group last Wednesday! I was wondering if you have any information about tea and breastfeeding? I read in my baby book that herbs can become toxic when passed through breastmilk, but I've heard of people drinking it throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding. I love chi tea! Wish I could have some. Oh and what about that vitamin water?
