Today we had an opportunity to honor an amazing life. Margie Manion, 90, passed away on June 24. We had an incredible memorial service at Las Palmas Community Church to honor a woman who was such an extraordinary example of faithfulness. A person who lived through losing her only two daughters to cancer, losing a husband of nearly 68 years together, and battled cancer twice herself. She went through all of these trials without once losing hope or faith! She always thanked God for all of it...the good and the bad! She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great friend! We will surely miss her, but we know that she is in the mighty arms of our Lord Jesus Christ. I only pray that I may be that faithful to leave behind a legacy that she left. We Love you Margie!
