Hi! Okay so I went to Golds 'body pump' Wednesday and it was amazing! I took Ava, and she slept the whole time like a little angel.  Now that it's friday I'm so sore I can barley get up when I squat down to Jason's level! lol!  My arms, abs and shoulders are in shock as well...lol!  But I love it!
