Hi all, I am still hoping to get a little help with my Coats for Kids fundraiser. If you can donate a NEW jacket to a child that doesn't have one or a cash donation. You can drop off either at jadabugs or the McCarthy Child Development Center at college of the desert, or I can meet you. I have 57 kids that are in NEED of a little warmth for this winter. Sweat Pants ~ should they be worn in public?

Ok moms, I just read this article and have to share it with you. How do you feel about wearing sweat pants in public. I'm mean I'll be honest ..... when I'm home all day and have thrown on a pair then run out to do errands, many times I leave without changing clothes. Is that really bad? I know its not fashion forward and I've gotten a little lazy with getting ready but how many of you get all dolled up these days when you have to run to the grocery store or target?  Swe... Yoga in PD

This morning my moms group had a special try-out session Mommy & Me style yoga with Mika at Tenryu Yoga studio in Palm Desert (across the street from Trader Joe's).  It was AWESOME!Mika is super relaxed (now I know why) and was great with the kids.  We used the kids for some poses, most of the time they wandered around the studio and were tended to by the staff (in the same room) while Mama got her pose on.  Mika even had snacks ready for the kids!
