I've been in the desert since February and am still learning about the area. We live in La Quinta and my daughter is a year now. I know nothing about the schools in the area. I have no idea where my daughter should go to pre school. Are there usually long waiting lists in the desert? Is this something I should start researching now? Okay, once again, I have bitten off more than I can chew! I always think my "little projects" will be easy and fast. Like when I think, "I will paint my entire room today." Seriously, what is my problem. I also have picked a very dark color and it was freaking me out a little (it is now coming out beautiful). I just never am satisfied with my house. Just need to vent before I start crying.....I opened my daycare in my home about 2 months ago....I am only going to be taking about 3 kids to assure I am able to give everyone enough attention.
